Hallowe’en is my favourite holiday. These two assemblage pieces were fun to make. They also got a laugh from visitors at Arthouses in August. The skull candy dishes (from TK Maxx) have a pretty irridescence but were quite difficult to cut. Diego’s eyes are flame-worked marbles from the National Glass Centre in Sunderland. I made Frida’s glass flowers, eyes and earrings from scraps & pound shop glass nuggets.
